Definition of a Snack

My definition of a snack:  something from one of the food groups, provides lasting fuel to the body.
the Brothers definition of a snack:  something in a wrapper.

Butter vs. Vegetable Oil

So this is what happens when butter is substituted for 1/2 the vegetable oil called for in a recipe.  I had to try it-we all know butter tastes SO much better.  But, the zucchini bread wasn't as beautiful as it might have been if I had followed the recipe exactly.
